Toll Brothers CEO Bob Toll thinks you are an idiot

Did you know that Toll Brothers CEO Bob Toll thinks you are an idiot? That’s right I said it. Mr. Toll has no problem coming on CNBC and telling you to your face that he lies to you. I got turned onto this story by the boys over at Blogging Stocks when they reported it a few weeks ago.

I decided not to post about it until now because I needed some time to cool off. You see, Bob Toll comes right out at the 3:38 mark and says “When we hold specials, which are not really specials, but just some reconfigured incentives to make it look as though something special is being given away.” To that I say FU!

Mr. Toll, you have a history of shooting off your mouth and it doesn’t seem to ever get you in any trouble. I remember during the housing boom reading an article where you stated that you routinely jacked up prices by tens of thousands of dollars every week just because you could. Don’t get me wrong; you deserve to get whatever you can for those matchstick mansions you build, but just STFU about it. You don’t have to kill me on price then make fun of me while you’re cashing my check you jag off.
